Are the travel expenses included in the wedding packages?
Wedding coverage includes travel within one hour of Tampa. For locations beyond that radius but within three hours of driving, a custom travel fee will be applied based on distance and time. This will always be clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.
For destination weddings, all travel arrangements are handled through my trusted travel agent to ensure a seamless experience. The cost of travel will be incorporated into your custom wedding quote so everything is simple and transparent.
What happens if it rains or plans change?
I’m fully prepared to photograph in light rain, and my equipment is weather-sealed to handle it safely. Light rain can create incredibly romantic, atmospheric images, and I’m always mindful of how to use it beautifully when it fits the moment.
If needed, we can also shift portraits indoors or adjust locations to keep things comfortable and stress-free. Should your wedding day plans change entirely, I’ll work with you to the best of my ability to be present on the rescheduled date, ensuring you’re supported every step of the way.

A small preview gallery is typically shared shortly after the wedding within a few days so you can relive those first moments while the full gallery is being completed. You can expect your fully edited wedding gallery within six weeks of your wedding day.
